Does anyone else have really energetic, interesting, beautiful young people in their lives who just radiate constant energy and positivity, and who have impossibly challenging recreational hobbies and interests?

Whenever I meet a well adjusted person like this who expresses interest in me, I feel very taken aback and honored.  
But I always feel really bad because they never understand how poor and lazy I am and they get carried away very quickly with crazy suggestions for hangouts, like going outside and exercising together or drinking and dancing late into the night.

and I’ll just be standing there like

im so happy to see you again
but calm down
all I want is pizza nap.
